LUNARRÁ
Reimagining Wellness

Performance is created by conditions.

Wellness has been treated as a perk. We treat it as a condition of performance, and we read it first.

One diagnosis. Four disciplines. One outcome.

LUNARRÁ Group is a luxury performance consultancy. We help organisations, places and people understand the conditions shaping their performance, and where those conditions may be quietly costing them. Four disciplines, one way of reading conditions.

PerformanceThe diagnosisDiagnoses the conditions shaping pressure, behaviour and performance across the layers of an organisation. Its entry point is the Organisational Performance Assessment.Enter ExperiencesThe immersionRetreats and events designed around each guest’s individual assessment, read before travelling and again on day ninety.Enter LivingThe environmentDesigns performance and recovery environments to a defined standard: homes, gyms, spas and wellness facilities within residences, hotels and developments.Enter RisingThe pathwayThe conditions layer for athletes aged 12 to 22, including those released or returning from injury. Ramón Wright, founder of LUNARRÁ
Founder

Born in Barbados. Built in London.

Fifteen years across fitness, hospitality and corporate wellbeing. Ramón Wright created the wellbeing offering at Fairmont Windsor Park, led fitness at Corinthia London, and has worked in corporate wellbeing with Deutsche Bank and GSK.

What he kept seeing was the same thing in every room: performance treated as a personal failing when it was a condition of the place. LUNARRÁ began as a way to show leadership the conditions their organisation was actually performing under. The other three disciplines grew out of what that work turned up.

The house began in London and is now at work in the Caribbean. Wherever it goes next, it begins the same way: with the diagnosis.

One outcome

The discipline differs. The standard does not.

The difference is the diagnosis.
